Measure a Ring That Already Fits

Place the ring on a flat surface or ruler.
Measure straight across the centre of the inside circle
Measure in millimetres
Compare the diameter with a ring size chart.
Make sure the ring is worn on the same finger the new ring is for.

Use a Plastic Ring Sizer Tool

Slide the sizer onto your finger.
Tighten it until it feels snug but comfortable.
Make sure it slides over the knuckle with slight resistance.
Check it sits securely at the base without spinning.
Read the indicated size on the tool.

String or Paper Strip Method

Wrap a string or paper strip around the base of your finger.
