 Free ShippingÂ
- We offer free shipping on all orders to customers in Australia and New Zealand. All orders are fully insured by GS Diamonds.Â
 EligibilityÂ
- Complimentary services, including first-time resizing, first-time polishing & rhodium plating, and lifetime ultrasonic cleaning are available exclusively for orders within Australia.
 Domestic Shipping
- Customers within Australia are responsible for shipping their items to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping for complimentary services.
 International Customers
- Customers located overseas are responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our service center, should they choose to send their items to us. GS Diamonds are not liable for any costs incurred if customers opt to have their rings resized, polished, or plated by a third party overseas.Â
 Additional Services
- Any additional repairs or services beyond the complimentary offerings will require customers, whether local or international, to bear all shipping costs, including both sending and return shipments.Â

Each order shipped by us will include:Â

Order Processing TimesÂ
- Orders placed between 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday) will be processed the same day.Â
- Orders placed outside these hours or on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.Â

Shipping CarriersÂ
- We use TNT-FedEx Postal Service for shipments within Australia, providing you with tracking capabilities.Â
- For shipments to New Zealand and all other international destinations, we use FedEx. Please note:Â
- GST will be excluded for international orders.Â
- International customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties charged by their respective country. We recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order to confirm any applicable fees. Delivery and CollectionÂ
- We do not ship to post office boxes. Orders will only be shipped to a home or work address where a person is available to collect and sign for the order.Â
- If no one is available to accept delivery, TNT will leave a collect card directing you to their depot to collect your shipment.Â

Unattended DeliveriesÂ
- If the delivery address is unattended and you have provided a written 'authority to leave', we may leave the shipment at the unattended address. Delivery will be deemed to have occurred under these terms, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from this arrangement.Â
- If delivery cannot be completed, we may attempt a second delivery or contact you to agree on the next course of action. Any costs incurred for forwarding, disposing, or returning the shipment will be your responsibility.Â

Preferred Delivery TimesÂ
- Preferred delivery times indicated in the special instructions will be noted on the shipping label; however, we cannot guarantee that TNT will accommodate this request, and delivery times may vary.Â

PayPal PurchasesÂ
- PayPal purchases will only be shipped to the address listed on the invoice and cannot be collected in-store. We recommend examining your package before signing for or receiving goods that appear tampered with or damaged. Please contact GS Diamonds immediately if you notice any issues.Â
