Shipping Policy

At GS Diamonds, we are committed to providing a secure, discreet, and seamless delivery experience. Please review the information below regarding shipping, delivery, and related conditions. 

1. Shipping Coverage

We provide secure, fully insured delivery within Australia and New Zealand for *new purchases, and complimentary services (please see services policy) as well as to selected international destinations. 

Our international shipping network includes: Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia (Czech Republic), Denmark, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Marshall Islands, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Samoa, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay and Vanuatu.

2. Shipping Costs (Australia & New Zealand) 

• New purchases and complimentary Services: Australia & New Zealand: Complimentary, fully insured shipping  on new jewellery purchases up to $50.000 AUD (ex GST). For orders over $50,000 AUD (ex GST), shipping costs will be quoted separately and charged based on secure courier and insurance requirements. 

• Services and Repairs: Any repairs or services beyond the complimentary offerings will require customers, both domestic and international, to cover all shipping costs, including both outbound and return shipments. 

2.1 Shipping Costs (International) 

• International Orders under AUD $2,000: Flat shipping fee of AUD $200 

• International Orders AUD $2,001 – $50.000: Complimentary shipping  

• Orders over AUD $50,000 (ex GST). (See Section 3 “Delivery Methods & Carriers”. 

Shipping costs will be quoted separately and charged based on secure courier and insurance requirements. If your delivery location is not serviced by Brinks or another secure carrier, GS Diamonds will arrange a suitable alternative delivery solution. 

• Services and Repairs: Any repairs or services beyond the complimentary offerings will require customers, both domestic and international, to cover all shipping costs, including both outbound and return shipments.

3. PayPal Purchases

PayPal purchases will only be shipped to the address listed on the PayPal invoice and cannot be collected in-store. 

4. Delivery Methods & Carriers

All shipments are handled through secure, insured couriers selected according to order value: 

• Australia: TNT–FedEx (tracked service) 

• New Zealand & International (up to AUD $50,000): FedEx (fully tracked and insured) 

• Australia, New Zealand & International Orders Over AUD $50,000 (ex GST): Shipping costs will be quoted separately and charged based on secure courier and insurance requirements. If Brinks or another secure carrier does not service your delivery location, GS Diamonds will arrange a suitable alternative delivery solution. Shipping fees reflect the actual charges applied by the secure courier and insurer and depend on destination and delivery requirements. Availability of secure carriers will be confirmed prior to shipment. 

5. Delivery Requirements

• All orders must be delivered to a residential or business address. We do not deliver to post office boxes. 

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a collection card directing you to their depot for collection. 

We recommend inspecting your package before signing for delivery. If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please contact GS Diamonds immediately.  

6. Insurance & Tracking

All shipments are fully insured until delivery has been completed and formally signed for. 

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

7. International Duties & Taxes

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price and remain outside the control of GS Diamonds. 

We recommend consulting your local customs authority prior to purchase. Online duties and tax calculators may assist in estimating applicable charges. 

8. Unattended Deliveries 

If you provide written authority to leave, delivery may be completed without a signature. In such cases, delivery will be deemed complete upon drop-off, and responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. 

If delivery cannot be completed, we may arrange a second delivery or contact you to determine the next steps. Any costs associated with forwarding, returning, or re-delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

9. Preferred Delivery Times 

Any requested delivery times noted at checkout or in special instructions will be communicated to the courier; however, delivery at specific times cannot be guaranteed. 

Order Processing Times 

Orders placed between 9:30 AM and 10 PM (Monday to Friday) AEST will be processed on the same business day. (order receipt, payment verification, production order placement) . 

Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Dispatch depends on the item category, production timeline (made-to-order and custom design orders) or stock location availability if it is a Ready-to-Ship item. The sales representative who serviced you or a customer service team member will contact you for the dispatch estimated time. 

10. Australian Consumer Law 

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
