All items manufactured by GS Diamonds come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects which may include:

  • Noticeable blemishes in the metal
  • Chips or scratches apparent at the time of collection
  • Uneven settings, noticeable at the time of collection

Before each item is shipped, it is carefully inspected to make sure it meets GS Diamonds’ high standards. If, however, your jewellery is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer care team immediately at info@gsdiamonds.com.au

If any product you purchase from us fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right under the Australian Consumer Law to request a repair, replacement, or refund. The type of remedy you're eligible for depends on whether the issue is deemed major or minor.

Making a Claim

If you suspect an issue with your piece of jewellery, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. We kindly request that you notify us promptly by calling us at 1300 181 294 or emailing us at info@gsdiamonds.com.au within 14 days of becoming aware of the issue
  2. Please provide evidence of purchase, a description, and photographs of the issue.
  3. If requested, please return the item along with all packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation to the contact details provided to you.
  4. Our Quality Control Department will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine whether the damage is under warranty, with the process requiring 5-10 business days from receipt
  5. If it is determined that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will refund your postage deposit in full and provide the repair at no additional cost

If the issue is determined to be the result of general wear and tear (including issues like dents on claws and bands, or scratches), a repair fee will be quoted. You will always be notified of the assessment outcome before any repair is initiated.

Kindly be advised that in the event of returning the goods under a Warranty claim, the customer is accountable for any expenses related to shipping back to us.
