If we discover the damage is a result of wear and tear, we will carry out a repair for a fee. You have a two-year guarantee against any manufacturing faults. In the rare instance this happens, please contact us and we will make arrangements to assess the fault.
We will also give you a 30-day money back guarantee on all fully-paid items bought in store and online. This is up to the value of $15,000, excluding GST. Simply return your jewellery within this timeframe for a refund or exchange. (please read terms and conditions ).
