All diamond purchases from customers in specific cities qualify for free shipping, unless noted otherwise. The order value does not determine the level of free shipping that is offered.
Free shipping is currently offered to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Bermuda, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom,  United states, Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is fully insured.

*Shipping times are approximate and subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays.
*Shipping times will be affected during the public holiday; courier will limit their operations at these times. 
*It can take few days before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the formation has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
*Please note that INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for any CUSTOM FEES, TAXES, TARIFFS or DUTIES charge by their respective country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
*Please be aware that these FEES will usually be collected by the courier service upon delivery or after delivery.

Each order shipped by the Company is going to include:

A Diamond Certificate and Valuation Certificate (where applicable)
Authentic GS Diamonds’ packaging

Those orders that are placed between 9:30 am - 4:30 pm on Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day, while orders placed outside of these hours, or on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

The Company stands by the quality and craftsmanship of its jewellery. However, under Australian Consumer Law, in certain circumstances an item may be returned. That said, the customer is going to be responsible for the immediate examination of the items they receive. Accepting those goods when received will be viewed as the items being in accordance with the order. Otherwise, the customer is required to notify the company in writing of any claim or return or invoicing shortages within 30 days of receiving the package.

Keeping that in mind, it should be noted that no items will be accepted by the company unless either:
The customer is also a consumer in relation to the goods and is entitled to returning them since the Consumer Guarantee is applicable. 
The company has given prior authorization in writing for the return of such items.
Please note, jewellery purchases made with Humm are not covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that jewellery purchases made with Humm finance in-store and online are not covered by GS Diamonds’ 30-day money-back guarantee.
If a ring or jewellery piece is engraved there is no money-back guarantee

In either case, the customer is going to be responsible for contacting the company prior to returning any item(s) and provide the company with a written statement mentioning their reasons for returning the items and provide the company with a copy of the receipt. The Company will not be accountable for items that have been altered or repaired by any jeweller other than GS Diamonds or any of our affiliates. The company also reserves the right to refuse or accept the returned item(s).

Those customers outside Australia and New Zealand will be responsible for VAT, surcharges or other duties that are levied by their respective countries. It should be noted that no Money Back Guarantee is offered to international Customers (excluding New Zealand).
Domestic shipments (within Australia) are carried out by TNT, while FedEx is used for international shipments. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery of your package, your courier will leave you with a delivery attempt notice, which will inform you on the next delivery date. You can contact the FedEx Customer Service hotline for more information. You can also use fedex.com to track your package in real time.

It should be noted that no shipments are made to post office boxes, only to the home or workplace address of the customers. If you are going to receive your package within Australia through TNT Postal Service, then you will receive a collect card that will direct you to the nearest TNT Depot to collection your package if you are not available to receive your package on your given address.
The Company does not offer its Customers in house insurance policies. However, the Company is affiliated with Centrestone Jewellers Insurance, Australia’s leading jewellery insurance provider. Centrestone Insurance provide Customers with comprehensive insurance policies that protect jewellery worldwide. The Company recommends that Customers take out insurance for their jewellery items. Also, Shipping costs and insurance associated with the return or exchange of items are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the shipper.
Shipping Guidelines in a Nutshell
The following are some of the main guidelines for shipping by GS Diamonds:
Any delivery to a P.O Box is not going to be accepted.
The person who is receiving the package needs to sign upon delivery.
The recipient of the package also needs to show their original ID for authentication and safety purposes.
All packages that are shipped by GS Diamonds are tracked. The tracking number is going to be provided to the customer so that they can keep track of their package in real-time.
