DO YOU PROVIDE A JEWELLERY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide in store cleaning and polishing service for all GS Diamonds jewellery only. Your first polish and Rhodium plating is free on the products you purchased from us. All future Rhodium plating, polishing and cleaning is at a small fee.
DO YOU PROVIDE AN ENGRAVING SERVICE?
We can on specific products. Just contact us for more information or when you check out online you'll be given your options.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET AN ENGAGEMENT RING?
Time does vary but to get the specific diamond you want to match it with your perfect setting, does take around (5-6 weeks).We also have a large range of hand selected diamonds and ring mounts in store that will be able to satisfy your needs sooner.
DO YOU CHARGE A SETTING FEE?
We do not charge a setting fee for all our diamonds sold in our ring designs.
MY RING IS THE WRONG SIZE - WHAT DO I DO?
Return your ring to us anytime for 1 free ring resizing. This is not valid on tension rings or eternity rings. These will need to be re-manufactured at the customer’s cost so please choose carefully. If a ring is more than 2 sizes wrong it may need to be re-made completely depending on the ring design which means a cost will be involved . All our diamonds online are not available to view in store as they are located with the manufactures overseas as to keep our prices competitive. However be assured we have a 30 day guarantee if you buy online (see conditions for MBG). HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ONLINE ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery time will vary depending on each order and stock availability. Diamond only orders will take up to 10 working days however, if you add a ring mount the average delivery period is 5 weeks depending on stock availability. GS Diamonds also offers rush orders to customers with an additional fee. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place your order, we will send you a tracking number once your goods are ready to be shipped.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN STORE?
Yes you can collect your order in store as long as you notify our sales team. What you need: Invoice (hard copy) AND 2 forms of identification from the following; Drivers licence, Passport and/or Credit used for purchase. PayPal Customers ONLY: Orders of this kind are dispatched by secure courier to your home address and cannot be picked up in store.
