At GS Diamonds, we understand that purchasing a diamond is a significant investment. That’s why we’re committed to offering you the best value. If you find the same diamond at a lower price elsewhere, we will strive to match or beat it.
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
The diamond to be matched must be that exact diamond (verified with GIA/IGI certification number)
The competing offer must be from a reputable diamond supplier within Australia, with at least 1 brick and mortar store. (e-commerce businesses that operate solely online are excluded).
The product must be sold by the retailer and not third-party resellers.
The Customer must provide satisfactory evidence as to the source of the price
The quotation provided for price matching must be current and valid. Sales, clearance deals, and other promotional prices cannot be applied in the price matching request.
Price matching requests can be applied to one item per customer and per transaction.
Price matching request will be considered for completed rings and not partial requests.
GS Diamonds holds absolute discretion in deciding whether to match the competitor's price.
