Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If there are any issues or discrepancies, or if you wish to return the items, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the package.
- Notify us by emailing us at info@gsdiamonds.com.au within 30 days from the date of collection or delivery receipt with the proof of purchase
- A return assessment will be handled by the Company's Quality Control department with the process requiring 7-10 business days. You will be notified of the outcome once the return has been assessed.
- The assessment will consider the condition of the returned item, and only unworn items in their original condition and packaging with relevant certificates/valuations will be eligible for acceptance.
- Once approved, a refund will be processed and sent to the Customer's provided bank account within 5 business days.
- When returning items, please be aware that shipping costs and insurance expenses are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the shipper
The Company reserves the right to refuse or accept the returned item(s) based on our assessment of their condition and adherence to the policy guidelines.
