At GS Diamonds, we are committed to ensuring your jewellery remains as beautiful and secure as the day you received it. To support our clients and provide peace of mind, we offer a complimentary service for first-time cases where a centre stone or side stone becomes loose or misaligned.Â
Policy Details:Â
- If a client’s centre stone or side stone becomes loose or knocked out of alignment within six (6) months of purchase or collection, GS Diamonds will provide a complimentary realignment, tightening or replacement (replacement only for side stones) (if required and available) at no charge. Â
- This one-time service is available per item and must be requested within the 6-month period.Â
- The complimentary service covers stone tightening, realignment, or minor replacement of side stones only.Â
- After the initial complimentary service, standard charges will apply for any further repairs or maintenance of the same issue.Â

How to Claim:Â
- Clients can bring their item in-store or contact our customer service team to arrange assessment and servicing. Proof of purchase may be required.Â
- If the stone is loose but there is no visible major structural damage to the ring, the team can proceed with the complimentary repair without needing a formal workshop assessment.Â
- If significant damage is present (e.g. band is warped or bent out of shape), a jeweller's assessment will be required to determine if a remake is necessary. In such cases, a small fee may apply.Â

- Services performed by third parties not authorised by GS DiamondsÂ
- If the ring has sustained significant damage that affects its structure (e.g. band has warped or bent out of shape), and a remake is required—a small fee may apply to cover the production costs associated with the remake.Â
