HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET AN ENGAGEMENT RING?

Time does vary but to get the specific diamond you want to match it with your perfect setting, does take around (4-5 weeks). We also have a large range of hand selected diamonds and ring mounts in store that will be able to satisfy your needs sooner.

DO YOU PROVIDE A JEWELLERY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide in store cleaning and polishing service for all GS Diamonds jewellery only. Your first polish and Rhodium plating is free on the products you purchased from us. All future Rhodium plating, polishing and cleaning is at a small fee.

Once you’ve placed an order, your engagement ring will be ready within 3-5 weeks — you can opt for an in-person collection at our showroom, or have it shipped to you anywhere across Australia.

How do I find the right ring size for my partner?

Finding the right ring size for an engagement ring without spoiling the surprise can be tricky, but there are a few creative ways to get it done!

The most common method involves using a piece of string to wrap around the finger, marking where it intersects, and then measuring the unravelled length with a ruler. From there, you can use our online ring size guide to match it up with a traditional ring size. A less conspicuous way would be to borrow an existing ring of your partner’s that you can then check the sizing with a jeweller.
