If we discover the damage is a result of wear and tear, we will carry out a repair for a separate fee. We will also secure you with a 30-day money return warranty on all fully-paid jewellery goods bought in store and online. This is up to the value of $15,000, excluding GST. Just bring back your jewellery within this timeframe for a refund or exchange.
