Terms & Conditions 

1. Validity & Expiry 
eGift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. After expiry, any remaining balance will become invalid.  

2. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable 
eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for another gift card.  

3. Redemption 
eGift Cards can be redeemed online at https://www.gsdiamonds.com.au/giftcard and in GS Diamonds stores.  

4. Minimum Spend & Partial Payments 
The total order value must be equal to or greater than the eGift Card value. If the purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative accepted payment method.  

5. Returns & Exchanges 
Any items purchased using an eGift Card are subject to GS Diamonds’ Returns & Exchange Policy. Refunds for returned items will be issued in accordance with that policy and may be returned to a gift card or original payment method where applicable.  

6. No Refunds on Gift Cards 
eGift Cards cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once issued.  

7. Balance & Transactions 
No statements or transaction histories will be provided for eGift Cards. Customers are responsible for tracking their card balance.  

8. Currency 
eGift Cards are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD) and must be redeemed in the same currency.  

9. Usage Limitations  

• Only one eGift Card may be used per transaction  

• eGift Cards cannot be combined with other gift cards in a single order  

10. Promotions & Discounts 
eGift Cards cannot be purchased using discount codes, promotional offers, or coupons, unless explicitly stated.  

11. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards 
eGift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of cards will not be replaced or refunded.  

12. Payment Methods for Purchase 
eGift Cards can be purchased using approved payment methods available at checkout. Buy Now Pay Later services (e.g. Afterpay, Humm) are not available for gift card purchases. 

13. Fraud & Abuse 
GS Diamonds reserves the right to cancel, void, or refuse redemption of any eGift Card suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.  

14. Changes to Terms 
GS Diamonds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, in accordance with applicable laws.
