Yes, we provide engraving services for wedding rings. Depending on bandwidth and design intricacy, our engraving services may be limited.Â

Custom wedding bands take between 4 and 8 weeks from the day you place the order to create and deliver your bespoke wedding ring. Upon ordering your wedding ring, our Perth jewellers will provide a more accurate timeframe for your ring.Â
To ensure your wedding band is ready and delivered to you before your big day, we recommend giving yourself at least two months to order the wedding rings. Two months will give us time to prepare the wedding rings and have them sent to you before your special day. With enough time, we can also provide additional services, such as resizing or engraving.Â

Yes, we offer free delivery to Perth, Australia, and New Zealand. To ensure your wedding rings are safe, we only send to complete addresses (no PO Boxes), someone must sign to receive the order, and all jewellery is tracked and insured until delivered and signed for. For orders $40,000 and under, we deliver via FedEx, and for orders over $40,000, we utilise Brinks. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.Â

Please email us at info@gsdiamonds.com.au within 30 days of receiving your package to start the return process. Our Quality Control department will take 7 to 10 business days to assess the condition of the return and determine if it is eligible for a return. If the return is approved, you will be refunded within five business days.Â
Items that may not be eligible for a return include custom-made items or pieces that have been worn. Read more about our return process or call us on 1300 181 294 and we will answer any questions you have.Â
