Message to our loyal customers regarding COVID-19

DEAR CUSTOMERS AND FRIENDS OF GS DIAMONDS! 

As a responsible business, the health and safety of our customers and team are of utmost importance. We are committed to keeping our QVB store open at this time, and we are also taking precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19 as the situation evolves.

According to the World Health Organization and the Australian Department of Health information and instructions, we have implemented the following measures in our QVB store:

• Encouraging our staff to practice social distancing by avoiding attending places where there are more than 100 people;

• Supporting our staff to stay away from work if there are any signs of flu, cold or cough and urging them to get medical attention;

• Providing hand sanitizers in our store – each desk has a hand sanitizer, and we encourage our staff and our customers to use them;

• Ensuring that all high contact areas such as desks and chairs in the store as well as equipment used in the handling of jewellery are cleaned regularly with anti-bacterial wipes;

• In addition to the high contact areas and other contact points, we have also instructed our staff to follow thorough hygiene and cleanliness and also wash their hands several times daily;

That way we can assure you personally of our continued commitment to standards and safety. Your health and well-being are always our priority, and now especially, in connection with the current situation of COVID-19. 

For those customers who have items ready to pick up and want to avoid entering the store, we are offering a free shipping service to your address. If any balance amount is to be cleared kindly do so via bank transfer to our bank details (GS DIAMOND PTY LTD, NAB BSB 082 356 ACC 638 989 495) as you would be required to have paid in full before the items are shipped out to you. We cannot accept any credit card payments via the telephone.
