Complimentary Design Consultation at GS Diamonds

Our on-site workshop and team of skilled jewellers enable our clients to take creative control of their special creations. Please note that the design process is not included in the production timeline. We highly recommend allocating a minimum 2-week period for fine-tuning the design process. Kindly take this into account when planning your timeline    

Here's how our process works:

Request a Quote: Begin your journey by requesting a quote for your dream ring. Our team will provide you with a detailed estimate based on your specifications and design preferences.

Design Fee: To get started, a nominal design fee of $500 CAD is required. Don't worry; this fee is fully factored into the final cost of your ring and will be deducted from your total when you proceed.

Design Consultation: Our knowledgeable sales team will work closely with you to understand your unique design preferences, ensuring every detail is tailored to your vision. Bring us your inspiration and we will do the rest.

CAD Design: Once your design preferences are crystal clear, our talented CAD designer will bring your ideas to life on the computer. You'll receive the initial designs for your review and input.

Review and Modifications: We value your feedback. You're entitled to two rounds of design modifications to ensure the final design is absolutely perfect for you. Please note that any additional modifications beyond the included two rounds will incur a fee of $50 per revision.

Production: After finalizing the design, we'll set your creation in motion. Our skilled artisans pay meticulous attention to detail and quality.

Resin Sample (Optional): For an even more immersive experience, you have the option to request a resin sample of your ring. This allows you to see and feel a physical representation of your design.

Completion: Your custom ring will be ready within approximately 6 weeks from the design approval date. We'll notify you as soon as it's ready for pickup or delivery, and any remaining balance will be due at this time.
