Free Resizing

In line with our commitment to your total satisfaction, we offer one complimentary resizing service for rings:

  • Available for 5 years from the date of purchase
  • Free resizing includes up to 2 finger sizes up or down
  • Additional sizes will incur a fee

Please note, the standard resizing process takes approximately two weeks

Should you be unable to drop by one of our branches, you're welcome to ship the item to our Sydney workshop through an insured courier. Please note that any shipping costs incurred will be your responsibility. Rest assured, we'll cover the return shipping cost for the resized ring.

Resizing Limitations

Please note that pavé style rings and full eternity rings cannot be resized. We recommend visiting one of our showrooms before placing an order to ensure an appropriate fit.

If resizing is not possible due to design constraints, we may necessitate the manufacturing of a new ring to reach the desired size. This will incur a fee. Each case will be individually assessed to find the best solution for the customer.

We aim to provide you with a perfectly fitting and cherished piece of jewellery, and we will collaborate closely with you to attain this.

Resizing Reimbursement

We strongly recommend utilizing GS Diamonds for any repair/resizing work that may be needed.

In the event that you are not able to visit our location, we are able to provide a resizing refund of up to $100 when you entrust a member of the Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA) for resizing services.

Kindly be advised that choosing this option will result in voiding our warranty for the item as part of our general Terms & Conditions

GS Diamonds Resizing Consideration: Please contact us before proceeding with any alterations. If we find that resizing by GS Diamonds is the best option to maintain the ring's quality, we reserve the right not to provide the $100 refund. This ensures the ring is resized in the best possible manner.

Submitting Your Invoice: If the request is approved, kindly provide us with the invoice from the JAA member jeweller who performed the resizing service. Our team will review the invoice and if it meets the criteria, approve the refund.
