  • What are your warranties?

    Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing faults. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery.We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee for goods purchased online that a customer has not seen before. Contact us if you not are 100% happy and we will organise your return.

  • Are your diamonds conflict free?

    The answer is yes, yes and yes. All diamond manufacturers we partner with have a certificate which means they have been purchased from ethical sources and not involved in funding conflicts.

  • Do your diamonds come with a Diamonds Grade Report

    Yes all our loose diamonds that you see on our online inventory come with a GIA Grading certificate and most diamonds are laser inscribed on the girdle with their identification number for your peace of mind. We aim to supply diamonds with a Gia Certificate so you can be 100% sure you are getting what you paid for. Some Jewellery products online will only come with a valuation certificate from our reputable valuer.

  • Do you have certified diamond graders and gemologists?

    We have X3 certified diamond graders, X2 gemologists and x1 jewellery valuers. It's in our DNA and our passion.

  • Do you have a qualified jeweller?

    We have qualified Master Jewellers as well as specialist CAD designers to ensure your creation is perfect. We have also won a number of awards for our designs.

  • Do you provide a jewellery cleaning service?

    We provide in store cleaning and polishing service for all GS Diamonds jewellery only. Your first polish and Rhodium plating is free on the products you purchased from us. All future Rhodium plating, polishing and cleaning is at a small fee.

  • Do you provide an engraving service?

    We can on specific products. Just contact us for more information or when you check out online you'll be given your options.

Engagement rings

  • Can I design my own engagement ring?

    We have a number of collections for you to choose from. You can mix and match our collections to your diamonds to create that special ring just for her. Should you have more speciliast requirments, just get in contact.

  • Can I modify one of your existing engagement ring designs?

    The answer is yes, jut contact us and one of our specialist CAD designers will be in contact to help your design the perfect ring!

  • How long does it take to set an engagement ring?

    Time does vary but to get the specific diamond you choose, and match it your perfect setting, does take around (4-6 weeks).We also have a large range of hand selected diamonds and ring mounts in store that will be able to satisfy your needs sooner.

  • Do you charge a setting fee?

    No. Our costs are all inclusive.

  • My ring is the wrong size - what do I do?

    Return your ring to us anytime for 1 free ring resizing. This is not valid on tension rings or eternity rings. These will need to be re-manufactured at the customer’s cost so please choose carefully. If a ring is more than 3 sizes wrong it may need to be re-made completely depending on the ring design.   • Why are your prices lower?

    We cut out the middle man and buy straight from the diamond manufacturers. This means no middle man, no stocking fees just quality diamonds to your door.

  • Why do your prices fluctuate?

    Diamonds are traded in US dollars. As we buy from the manufacturer, when you buy the diamond, you get the best price available at that point in time!

  • Are your online products available to purchase in store?

    Yes we do keep limited products in store to purchase immediately to find out what is ins tore please contact us by email so we can inform you if the product your interested in is in stock . If the product is not in stock the order will take up to 5 weeks approximately .

  • Can I come in to view a diamond from your online range?

    All our diamonds online are not available to view in store as they are located with the manufactures overseas as to keep our prices competitive . . However be assured we have a 30 day guarantee if you buy online (see conditions for MBG). We also have a large range of hand selected diamonds in store for you to view

  • How do I cancel an order?

  • How long does it take for my online order to arrive?

    Delivery time will vary depending on each order. If you order a diamond and a ring mount online the average time is 5 weeks . If you order a diamond only online the average delivery time is up to 10 working days. You can also track your order though our order tracking.

  • How do I track my order?

    When you place your order we will send you tracking details to keep up to date with the movements of your precious diamond. If you create an account with us we'll email you every step of the way through our quality control process.

  • Can I collect my order in store?

    Order are dispatched by secure courier to your home address. Unfortunately, you can't collect in store as this is part of our security procedures to ensure you get the diamond you ordered.
