Terms of Trade

When you are ready to purchase online, e-mail or phone us on 1300 952 556, and we will send you a form: "Request to Purchase" subject to the availability of the item requested. For credit card purchases, the authorisation form below will need to be accessed and sent along with the "Request to Purchase" form that you will receive from us.

In the event that you commit to making your purchase by indicating your method of payment and confirming your delivery address, we will hold the diamond for 24 hours while you arrange payment and we finalise the invoice and the details of your order.

A diamond is considered to be sold once a confirmation of the deposit of funds into our account or bank transfer or credit card or bank cheque is approved.

Delivery

At GS Diamonds, we want to offer you efficient and speedy service, however you will need to allow from seven to ten days in order for delivery to occur. For the order of a ring, please allow up to ten additional days for delivery. You will be contacted by courier dispatch when your parcel arrives.

In regard to fees associated with delivery, delivery is free for purchases within Australia to metropolitan areas, however additional charges will apply for delivery to rural areas and overseas.

TRS and GST

The Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) allows you to claim a refund, subject to conditions, of the goods and services tax (GST) that you pay on goods bought in Australia. For information on how to claim a refund and for bringing goods back into Australia, go to the link: www.customs.gov.au
